CUSTOM CUPCAKES
To place a future order or ask questions about a custom cake: Send an email laboufresno@gmail.com. Due to the amount of emails coming in, it can take up to a week to respond to all inquiries. Please send us this information:
1. Name?
2. Phone number (required for faster response time)?
3. Date of event?
4. How many servings you would like or how big of a cake, cookies, or other desserts?
5. What kind of cake/custom dessert design, colors, theme you are interested in?
6. Venue for delivery if needed?
As of right now, we are getting booked a week to a few weeks in advance. Sometimes, we can take the order the week of but it all depends on if there is available spots left. If a date is filled with orders, we will not be able to take the order.
"All Custom orders are not finalized until you have spoken to our custom cake coordinator and have put a 50% non-refundable deposit down. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 10 days before delivery (or 3 days before pickup). Orders placed within 10 days of the event require a 100% non-refundable payment upfront."
If a deposit or payment has not been made, the date is not booked for you.
